Our company is hiring for a commission sales person.

Responsibilities for commission sales

  1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  2. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  3. Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  4. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  5. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  7. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  8. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  9. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  10. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  11. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  12. Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications for commission sales

  1. Knowledgeable on trending ICT services and products
  2. A minimum of 1 year of previous work experience
  3. Able to act proactively be a creative thinker
  4. Responsive and empathetic to customer needs and requirements
  5. Ability to work on bid documents and Sales Agreements on computer
  6. Self-motivated and able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
  7. At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Computing
